I’m Stuart Wedge, an autistic coach and public speaker with 30+ years of experience dealing with people in high-pressure environments. As a military veteran and former bouncer, I help solve interpersonal friction, break down silos, and build alliances with your colleagues.

This community is here to help you solve friction that arises when we disagree, misunderstand, or have different priorities. Friction with your decisions, engagement methods, message, or process will kill momentum.
