The EQ Lab is a space to increase your emotional intelligence, build self-awareness, learn to handle difficult people, and develop emotional resilience. You will get access to all courses I have created, as well as all future courses, along with weekly group meetings on Fridays at 5:00 PM ET on Zoom.
This is the set time for our live sessions. If you cannot make it, replays will be available inside the group for 28 days. Between meetings, youโll also be able to reach out directly to me with any questions you may have. I will respond to all questions/comments I receive from group members.
