The EQ Lab is a space designed to help you become more emotionally resilient, increase your emotional intelligence, strengthen self-awareness, and learn practical skills for navigating difficult people, challenging emotions, and everyday life.
As a member, you'll get access to all current and future courses, along with a live weekly group meeting every Friday at 5:00 PM ET on Zoom.
If you can't attend live, replays will be available for 28 days.
You'll also be able to reach out to me directly inside the group with questions, and I personally respond to all member questions and comments.
