Safety of machinery
Learn everything you need to know about safety of industrial machinery so you can meet European regulatory requirements and operate machines safely.

We will focus on EU regulations concerning the safety of machinery, such as the Machinery Directive 2006/42/WE and the new Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
We will discuss the obligations of machinery manufacturers who wish to place their products on the European market.
We will also look at the obligations of employers who make machinery available to their employees.
Finally, we will review the most important harmonised safety standards, the application of which allows for the presumption of conformity with the Machinery Directive.
