I’m Kes (pronounced Cash), and Kesformation Academy was born from my battles with abuse in many forms — sibling, emotional, workplace, physical, and mental. Despite the pain, I chose not to let it define me. My journey included struggles like being pregnant and abandoned, enduring emotional neglect, and surviving toxic environments. But God kept me strong.
I created this academy to share what I’ve learned through faith, resilience, and transformation. From battling personal hardships to reclaiming my life, I’ve turned my pain into power and self-love into a lifestyle. Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s survival.
This academy is about real transformation, not theory. It’s built on honesty, spirituality, psychology, and practical tools. My story is one of overcoming adversity, and I’m here to guide you through your own transformation. You can rise, and I’m here to help you do it.
