I’m Kes (pronounced Cash), and Kesformation Academy was born from my battles with abuse in many forms — sibling, emotional, workplace, physical, and mental. Despite the pain, I chose not to let it define me. My journey included struggles like being pregnant and abandoned, enduring emotional neglect, and surviving toxic environments. But God kept me strong.

I created this academy to share what I’ve learned through faith, resilience, and transformation. From battling personal hardships to reclaiming my life, I’ve turned my pain into power and self-love into a lifestyle. Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s survival.
