Foil Performance Lab is an online foiling community and training system designed to help riders improve across all foiling disciplines, including SUP, wing, and surf foiling. Founded by world champion Edo Tanas, the platform combines structured training, performance tracking through the Foil Performance Index (FPI), live Q&A coaching, and real-world insights from elite riders. Through monthly progression cycles, workouts, podcasts, and community accountability, members develop the skills, mindset, and consistency needed to progress faster. The goal is simple: train with purpose, improve your performance, and use foiling as a tool to fully experience the ocean.
