Created by Edo Tanas, Foil Performance Lab combines expert coaching, structured training programs, podcasts, and a supportive community into one complete system for progression.

Through detailed coaching videos, guided training sessions and direct access to a community of dedicated foilers, members develop the skills, mindset, and accountability needed to improve faster and ride with greater confidence.

The mission is simple: train with purpose to improve and use foiling as a tool to unlock a deeper connection with the ocean, adventure, and play.
