My mission at Coach Elan Holistic Health is to support busy, professional female clients to achieve their health and wellness goals holistically and sustainably.

My Holistic Health Philosophy focuses on optimising sleep, nutrition, fitness and self-care, to nourish the mind and body.

I specialise in female-focused fitness coaching, designed around your menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause, to help you work with your body and build lasting results.

The Skool Community provides you with strength and nutrition guidance as part of a fully online program which can be completed from the comfort of your own home.

On the program, you can choose a self-guided option through the Skool courses I have designed, or you can choose to receive support from me via group classes and 1-1 sessions.

With over 9 years of experience and 500 clients, I have mastered the art of guiding women on their wellness journeys and helping them achieve long-term results.
