Parenting Infants & Toddlers

I love helping new parents find their footing, build confidence, learn to trust themselves, and understand, connect with and care for their babies and toddlers.

I met my first newborn when I was 7, and was immediately obsessed. I fell in love with Birth Work when I realized that if I could support and empower a family during one of the most significant transitions of their lives, this had the potential to heal and change the world, one family at a time. I became a Birth & Postpartum Doula in 2001, began to teach Newborn Care, and eventually graduated to Midwifery, Lactation Consultation, Craniosacral Therapy for Infants, and finally a baby of my own.

When parents first meet their babies, they're (ideally) surrounded by support. Then it ebbs, and they find themselves with an infant who is growing and evolving every day, more questions than ever, and way less guidance and community. I created this group to be a kind, inclusive bridge, where we can be that village for each other. Welcome!
