Flag Football Coach Academy

I’m a dad who got pulled into coaching youth flag football and decided to learn how to do it well.

I’ve coached for several years, starting when my kids were 6 - 9 and continuing through 12U. I’ve led multiple age groups, won several league championships, and competed in travel flag football. Everything here comes from real on-field experience not theory.

I’m not a former college or pro athlete. Just a parent-coach who’s figured out what works with kids: simple systems, clear communication, organized practices, and smart game management. I’ve made mistakes, adjusted, and improved season after season.

• Building coaching confidence for new dads and first-timers

My goal: Help new coaches feel prepared, confident, and proud of leading their teams while keeping the game fun for the kids.
