Iโm a dad who got pulled into coaching youth flag football and decided to learn how to do it well.
Iโve coached for several years, starting when my kids were 6 - 9 and continuing through 12U. Iโve led multiple age groups, won several league championships, and competed in travel flag football. Everything here comes from real on-field experience not theory.
Iโm not a former college or pro athlete. Just a parent-coach whoโs figured out what works with kids: simple systems, clear communication, organized practices, and smart game management. Iโve made mistakes, adjusted, and improved season after season.
