Welcome to the Body & Soul Village, my free community for folks interested in the Metamorphosis Process. We are creating a culture for whole person (body-mind-soul) healing and transformation, grounded in neuroscience and somatic integration, drawing from ancient medicine systems and the mystical path of the heroine's journey. The inner sanctum for receiving direct coaching is the Body & Soul Sanctuary.
