Welcome to the Body & Soul Village, my free community for folks interested in the Metamorphosis Process. We are creating a culture for whole person (body-mind-soul) healing and transformation, grounded in neuroscience and somatic integration, drawing from ancient medicine systems and the mystical path of the heroine's journey.
