The Peace Laboratory is a practice-based school for people ready to stop being ruled by anxiety, overthinking, and resistant thoughts.
This school teaches the lived practices behind my book, How I Escaped the Prison of My Mind. The book gives the framework; this lab is where that understanding becomes embodied through direct experience. Through simple practices, you will learn presence, emotional regulation, nervous system grounding, and how to interrupt old mental patterns to cultivate a Sovereign Mind.
This space is ideal for those who are ready to actively practice letting go of stories and anchoring into the present moment. Note: if you are currently experiencing significant distress or require professional care to process deep trauma, this is not the right container for you.
