The Sovereign Mind

The Peace Laboratory is a practice-based school for people who are ready to stop managing their minds and start relating to them differently.

This school teaches the lived practices behind the work I share in my book, How I Escaped the Prison of My Mind. While the book offers the framework, The Peace Laboratory is where that understanding becomes embodied through direct experience.

This is a space for presence, awareness, and regulation. Through simple, repeatable practices, students learn how to interrupt worry loops, return to the present moment, and cultivate a Sovereign Mind.

This lab is designed for those who have a foundation in meditation and are ready to deepen their practice through lived experience. The work here is grounded in direct application.
