Hello, friend! My name is April, and my yoga story is deeply personal. Three years ago, I found myself in a dark place until yoga came into my life. It was my path back to myself, to my spirit, and it gave me a brand new outlook on well... everything.
This community is about embracing yoga as a holistic practice, not just as a series of poses. We'll explore breathwork, meditation, and philosophy in a way that feels accessible and grounding. As a huge nature lover, I'll also be weaving the energy of the elements—earth, air, fire, and water—into our courses to help us connect with the natural world around and within us.
