Hello, friend! My name is April, and my yoga story is deeply personal. Nearly 4 years ago, I found myself in a dark place in my mental health journey. Yoga lead me back to myself, to my spirit, and it gave me a brand new outlook on well... everything.
This community is about embracing yoga as a holistic practice, not just as a series of poses. We'll explore breathwork, meditation, and philosophy in a way that feels accessible and grounding. As a huge nature lover, I'll also be weaving the energy of the elementsโearth, air, fire, and waterโinto our courses to help us connect with the natural world around and within us.
Come as you are, and let's explore the transformative power of a practice that is so much more than what happens on the mat.
Starting May the 4th may the force be with us. (Sorry Treckies) Our library of classes will start building!
Membership is for 4 yoga classes per week starting 5/4/26 - There will be pop classes almost every month to build our library of classes.
