I'm Marcus—peacebuilder, coach, and writer. After 30 years in conflict zones, I've learned the biggest barrier to communication isn't vocabulary. It's the war inside: anxiety, imposter syndrome, and the fear of being wrong.
To close the gap between what you know and what you can express, we must navigate that internal divide. We use journaling and reflexive writing to do the necessary shadow work. Through self-reflection and examining your life story, we leverage self-discovery and emotional healing to clear the noise.
