I'm Marcus—peacebuilder, coach, and writer based in Southeast Asia. After thirty years of conflict work around the world, I've learned that the biggest barrier to confident communication isn't grammar or vocabulary. It's the war inside: the voice that says you're not good enough, the anxiety before you speak, the part of you that would rather stay silent than risk being wrong.

This community is for professionals—many from East Asia, others from across the globe—who want to communicate with more clarity and less fear. We work on English confidence, yes. But we also work on what gets in the way: imposter syndrome, perfectionism, the gap between what you know and what you can express under pressure.

Inside: live practice, coaching, and a space where mistakes are normal and quiet strengths are valued. You don't have to be fluent. You don't have to be fearless. You just have to show up.
