Daily Dharma Sprints: 90-minute shared focus sessions. One clear task. Cameras on. When attention wanders, we notice and return. Action becomes the meditation.
Meditation Practice: Regular guided sits based on the Meditation 101 framework to stabilize attention over time.
Dream Work & Parts Work: Foundational practices for listening inward and clarifying what wants to move.
