Welcome to The Box Lacrosse Guyโs Training Community โ a passion project built to give lacrosse players real coaching, structure, and direction.
Iโm Elliott Bender ๐ with 27+ years in the game as a collegiate menโs and womenโs coach, former pro box player (PBLA) ๐จ๐ฆ, Senior box player in Canada, and two-time state champion head coach ๐๐. Iโve helped develop 150+ college-committed athletes and have worked to grow box lacrosse across the U.S. and internationally ๐.
My approach is box-first ๐ง . Box lacrosse builds elite stick skills, decision-making, toughness, and confidence โ and everything here is designed to translate to field lacrosse for both boys and girls.
