As we journey through life, we often spend much time trying to fix what is broken, heal what is harmed and in that journey we often forget to nourish what supports us, share our gifts and develop our unique offering to the world.
This is a place to find balance in the chaos, while discovering and nourishing those things that sustain us through the ever changing world.
The Medicine Wheel is a framework that helps us find that balance, it is a place where we can address our whole being through working with the 4 bodies, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is a journey from linear thinking to cyclical awakening. A framework that supports us to find beauty in all seasons of life and all seasons of relationship and creation.
