The Medicine Wheel is a framework that helps us find that balance, it is a place where we can address our whole being through working with the 4 bodies, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is a journey from linear thinking to cyclical awakening. A framework that supports us to find beauty in all seasons of life and all seasons of relationship and creation.
