Cycle Breakers Circle

The Cycle Breakers Circle is the safe container for us to continue to heal while we create secure attachments with our kids even with CPTSD, chronic illness, and neurodivergence making that journey extra challenging. Your triggers likely look different now as you've already done so much work; and you still deserve to feel more grounded and sure of yourself. Together we fill the Invisible Gaps that still interfere with our lives and meet the needs we didn't realize were neglected in the past. We deserve community, we deserve safety, and here we create it.
