For parents ending generational cycles and creating a childhood their kids won't need to heal from. Together we Regulate, Reparent, and Reclaim.
The Cycle Breakers Circle is the safe container for us to continue to heal while we create secure attachments with our kids even with CPTSD, chronic illness, and neurodivergence making that journey extra challenging. Your triggers likely look different now as you've already done so much work; and you still deserve to feel more grounded and sure of yourself. Together we fill the Invisible Gaps that still interfere with our lives and meet the needs we didn't realize were neglected in the past. We deserve community, we deserve safety, and here we create it.
You'll be able to attend Regulate, Reparent, and Reclaim calls as well as 2 open Q&As each month. You'll have access to tools and resources via the free PDF workbook included and bonuses I add to the community space as members need them. The goal is to make this group serve you on your unique journey.
