Iโ€™ve been coaching for over 10 years and have worked with many adults in their 60s and 70s. Over time, I started to notice something โ€” most people arenโ€™t looking for harder workouts. Theyโ€™re trying to stay independent.

They want to be able to get out of a chair, move confidently, and keep doing the things they enjoy.

Most fitness programs focus on staying active.
