I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and have worked with many adults in their 60s and 70s. Over time, I started to notice something — most people aren’t looking for harder workouts. They’re trying to stay independent.

They want to be able to get out of a chair, move confidently, and keep doing the things they enjoy.

Most fitness programs focus on staying active.

What I’ve seen is that staying independent requires strength.

Not extreme workouts — just the right kind of strength, built consistently over time.
