This community is for adults over 60 to improve their balance, strength, endurance, and mobility.
Run by Brett Scoles, Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in helping older adults.
There are videos of exercises to improve balance, upper and lower body strength, mobility, and, endurance.
There is also educational content to improve nutrition, sleep, stress, and learn about all things aging.
