This is so all my clients have a space to connect with other people JUST LIKE THEM going through similar struggles but with different details.
This is a culmination of everything I've learned over the last 10+ years as a coach which has allowed me to come back from horrible injuries, surpass physical goals as well as physique goals I never though imaginable as a child.
