I've been a coach for over 10 years and have had multiple examples in my life that showed me I am capable of creating change.
One of the biggest aspects in creating change is the environment and people you surround yourself with! That's what this group is for!
This is so all my clients have a space to connect with other people JUST LIKE THEM going through similar struggles but with different details.
This is a culmination of everything I've learned over the last 10+ years as a coach which has allowed me to come back from horrible injuries, surpass physical goals as well as physique goals I never though imaginable as a child.
