Iโm a Sport & Exercise Scientist who helps driven, โall-or-nothingโ women rebuild after burnout so they can feel strong, energised, & confident again โ both in the gym and in life.
After 8+ years in the health & fitness industry, Iโve seen how many active women end up stuck in the same frustrating cycle: pushing hard, running on empty, & feeling guilty whenever they slow down.
