Hi, I'm Brian.
I am a corrective exercise coach and McGill back pain practitioner with over 21 years of experience.
I had my own back injury in 2013 (two disc bulges and herniation) which made me unable to walk upright and scared to sneeze.
After wasting $1000's with so called experts and getting nowhere, I realised it was down to me to fix my back.
Since then I have dedicated myself to helping others genuinely solve their back pain and return return to the activities, training and life they love.
