I started growing mushrooms in Phoenix, Arizona... 110°F summers, 10% humidity, everything working against me.

No mentor. No playbook. Just trial and error for 10 years.

I failed a lot. Lost entire batches. Made every mistake you can make.

But I figured it out.

At our peak, Southwest Mushrooms produced 1,500-2,000 blocks monthly. Under 2% contamination. $70,000-100,000 in monthly revenue. Restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores... we supplied them all.

I documented everything. Every protocol. Every formula. Every system that worked (and the ones that didn't).

Now I'm sharing it here.
