Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked inside two multi-trade home service companies. In both, the true bottleneck to growth wasn’t demand — it was hiring and retention. By approaching this differently, we were able to scale both companies from roughly $6M to $20M+.
The “secret” to fixing hiring in the trades isn’t complicated, and it’s something we want to spread far and wide to make this industry a better place to work.
