A 10 day immersive challenge to help guide you to breaking trauma bonds, codependency loops and begin to heal from relational abuse. Leaving seems easy to the outside world - but when you are in a trauma bond, it totally hijacks your body at a neurochemistry level.
This guided challenge provides you psychoeducation, tools, lived experience anecdotes, and journal/reflection prompts to help begin to break the bond and rebuild a sense of self.
The process: Watch the videos, read the handouts, and either record yourself or write down the responses to the daily topics. You can post in the group for further support.
