๐ฆตLegs: Calf raises, Hack Squat, RDL, Leg extension, Seated hamstring curl
๐Diet: 1gram of protein per pound of body weight per day (Iโm 170lbs so 170g of protein) While also staying around 1600-2000 calories for the day.
