A little about me:
Iโve been coaching for over 10 years now and have helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals.
I was fat in high school. I lost 70lbs by my senior year and decided to study Human Physiology at the University of Oregon. Shortly after that I moved up to Portland to start my training career.
