If you’re a woman that feels constantly wired or on the edge, this space is for you. I want us all to know the tools we have access to when we need to shift our nervous system state and settle the mind.
Through breathwork, movement and Pilates based exercises we can communicate safely to the body and start to down regulate into a more restful and grounded state of being.
It’s not about feeling guilty for not performing or having the time - no pressure to do anything a certain way here. Just explore the breath and move the body with curiosity and intention, in your own way and your own time.
