Hi, Iโm Dr. April!
Iโm a Christian mom and wife in sunny Colorado. I am also a Naturopathic Doctor and Exercise Physiologist at Blue Heron Physical Medicine.
I home school my son with the help of a part-time Christian school. I am an avid skier and mountain bike racer and geek out on all things health, fitness and medicine. If I'm not doing any of the above activities, I'm probably curled up on my biomat reading a dorky book from the 1800's.
My aim is to share my health and fitness knowledge to my sisters in Christ so that they feel empowered and equipped to be their healthiest selves to serve God.
