Most of us were never taught how to influence people.

We were taught to be polite, work hard, and let the work speak for itself. Then we hit a pitch, a negotiation, a room we needed to win, and noticed something uncomfortable.

The work doesn't speak for itself.

The person who gets the yes isn't always the smartest in the room. They're the one who can hold the silence, ask the right question, and stay grounded when everyone else is performing.

That's a learnable skill. This is where you learn it.
