Whether your children are infants or adults, this is a safe place for you to share struggles and receive support to re-parent yourself so you can connect with your kids on a level you never thought possible. As a fellow parent in the trenches as well as a licensed therapist specializing in trauma recovery and family work, Bridget brings a blend of personal and professional experience together to meet you where you are and help untangle generational patterns getting in your way. Bridget is a queer adoptee, adoptive parent, biological parent, late-diagnosed neurodivergent and parent of neurodivergent kids with a passion for helping parents show up as their best selves for the most important job of their lives.
