Iโve spent my life in sport, both as an elite athlete and a coach, and Iโve seen this truth over and over: talent gets attention, but mindset and consistency determine longevity.
The DAWG Factory was created to bridge the gap between potential and performance by developing the whole athleteโmentally, emotionally, and physically, while supporting parents as their childโs first and most influential coach.
This is not about pressure or perfection. Itโs about growth, standards, and becoming who youโre capable of being.
