I’ve spent my life in sport, both as an elite athlete and a coach, and I’ve seen this truth over and over: talent gets attention, but mindset and consistency determine longevity.

The DAWG Factory was created to bridge the gap between potential and performance by developing the whole athlete—mentally, emotionally, and physically, while supporting parents as their child’s first and most influential coach.

This is not about pressure or perfection. It’s about growth, standards, and becoming who you’re capable of being.
