Led by Catherine Hickem, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and family relationship coach, Parenting Adult Children Today helps parents communicate with calm, release expectations that create distance, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild trust over time.
The focus is not on fixing adult children, but on how parents show upโcreating space for respect, connection, and growth.
