As children grow up, relationships change. Parents may experience distance, tension, or uncertainty about how to stay connected without overstepping. This community exists to offer clarity, compassion, and practical guidance during this stage of life.
Led by Catherine Hickem, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and family relationship coach, Parenting Adult Children Today helps parents communicate with calm, release expectations that create distance, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild trust over time.
The focus is not on fixing adult children, but on how parents show up—creating space for respect, connection, and growth.
Because parenting doesn’t end when children grow up, and it’s never too late to reconnect.
