This is our space to share experiences with others, discuss what has worked and not worked, review books & programs, and encourage each other.
As a mental health professional, I'm conscious of the tendency to preach, and I'm all too aware that we all have our own journey.
Members of this community will support and challenge each other to do some of the things they want to do. Skydiving, applying for a job, moving cities, talking to that attractive person at work, leaving the house to have coffee or going on an overseas trip. Hopefully you meet up with others in your part of the world, form new friendships and support each other along the way. Living life, not existing.
