This gentle 30 minute, beginner friendly yoga flow is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body. Designed to softly open the lower spine and hips while building foundational core strength, this practice supports stability, mobility, and ease.
The sequence is accessible and nourishing, with mindful transitions and space to move at your own rhythm. Options to modify are offered throughout, and the use of props such as blocks is encouraged to support your body exactly where it is today.
