What do we do in here:

Mission & Vision:

We practice together, through embodied, transparent, heartful dialogue in a way where we integrate shadow work/healing, various states (such as love, compassion, joy, equanimity, gratitude, forgiveness, gratitude, patience, diligence, etc), healthy communication & intimacy.

This work draws on years of hardcore spiritual practice and shadow work, backed by pioneering work in adult ego development theory.

To help people solve complex consciousness problems that cause suffering and block your ability to experience true human flourishing, in your own internal reality & relationships.

A big blindspot in various consciousness practices/communities is that there tends to be a personal practice done "on the cushion" and either a separate or non-existent relational practice. Here we want to offer an invitation for doing deep, transformational spiritual work in a way that truly integrates individuality and collectiveness together as one unified practice system
