As a mother of two who first experienced a homebirth with a medical midwife and then a Freebirth intimately witnessed by my family, I have developed a deep love and respect for Sovereign Birth and all that is available to us as women when we take back ownership of our births. ⛓️💥💪💥
I’m also Vegan since May 2016 and am fiery passionate about nurturing my family through plant-based nutrition and at-home healing practices! 🍎🥬
